What you actually do in the labs

• Build a three-tier VPC by hand — subnets, route tables, NAT, security groups
• IAM roles and policies with least privilege, not “AdministratorAccess for everything”
• S3 storage classes, lifecycle, encryption, bucket policies versus IAM
• EC2, RDS, load balancing and CloudFront patterns that show up on the exam and in production
• Well-architected trade-offs: when cost, reliability and security pull in different directions

Every batch is taught live by me. You get the labs and the ability to interrupt and ask why. Batch sizes stay small enough that I know who is stuck.
